The relevat announcement by the institute is as under

The results of the Chartered Accountants Professional Education - II and Professional Competence Examinations held in June, 2009 are likely to be declared on Monday, the 31st August, 2009 around 2 P.M. and the same as well as the merit list (candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks and upto the maximum of 50th Rank) on all India basis will be available on the following website:



http://www.caresults.nic.in



Arrangements have also been made for the students desirous of having results on their e-mail addresses to pre-register their requests at the above website, i.e., http://www.caresults.nic.in from 25th August, 2009. All those registering their requests will be provided their results through e-mail on the e-mail addresses registered as above immediately after the declaration of the result.



Further facilities have been made for students of Professional Education – II and Professional Competence Examinations held in June, 2009 desirous of knowing their results with marks on SMS. The service will be available through MTNL, India Times and Reliance.



For getting results through message students should type:



(i) for Professional Education - II Examination result the following



CAPE2(Space)XXXXX (Where XXXXX is the five digit PE II examination roll number of the candidate)



e.g. CAPE2 00171



  (ii) for Professional Competence Examination result the following



CAPCE(Space)XXXXX (where XXXXX is the five digit PCE examination roll number of the candidate)

An Important Announcement for Students of Professional Education Examination- II – Extension of PE-II Examination by two more attempts i.e. November, 2009 and May, 2010

Students are hereby informed that the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having due regard to the concerns of students belonging to the Professional Education Examination –II stream, has decided to extend the Professional Education Examination –II by two more attempts namely November, 2009 and May, 2010.

Eligible categories Students who were initially registered for the then Intermediate course and later on shifted to Professional Education Course –II. Students who have registered for PE-II on the basis of Entrance, Foundation, PE-I and continuing in PE-II stream. Students who have registered on the basis of graduation and continuing in PE-II stream. Students of PE-II stream belonging to Entrance, Foundation and PE-I route who have in the meanwhile converted to Professional Competence Course. Students of PE-II stream belonging to Entrance, Foundation and PE-I route who have in the meanwhile converted to Integrated Professional Competence course. Students of PE-II stream belonging to the graduation route who have in the meanwhile converted to Integrated Professional Competence course.

Students concerned may note that the Council has made it clear that no further extension will be granted under any circumstances.

The next Chartered Accountants Examinations of the Institute will be held from 5st to 19th November, 2009. The sale of Examination Application forms for IPCE, PCE and Final Examinations would commence from 17th August, 2009. The last date for sale and receipt of filled in application is 7th September, 2009 ( without late fee ) and 14th September, 2009 ( with late fee of Rs. 500/- ).

Students residing in Delhi / NCR region desirous of appearing in the Chartered Accountants IPCE, PCE and Final Examination – November,2009 can collect Examination Application form from the following branches of AXIS Bank ( formerly UTI Bank Ltd) in Delhi/New Delhi from 17th August, 2009 to 7st September, 2009 during banking hours on cash payment of Rs.100/- and also at at Institute’s offices at ICAI BHAWAN Indraprastha Marg and Vishwas Nagar.
